Weekly Update - Friday 17th January 2025
A Summary of our learning:

This week, the children have been busy learning about temperature in maths. The children learned that we measure temperature in degrees Celsius and read thermometers to see the temperature of different liquids. They then moved onto learning about pictograms. The children learned how to collect data and show this in a pictogram. In English, the children planned and wrote their own Mrs Armitage story. They enjoyed changing her mode of transport in their own cumulative story. In science, the children learned that plants need water and light to grow. |

- - Swapped PE- we will be doing PE on Wednesday 29th January instead of Thursday that week to accommodate Year 1’s dress up day.
